We are a custom designer and manufacturer of paper tube packaging for NICHE markets within the industrial, wine & spirits, cosmetics, and other consumer related product markets.


  • Must have strong professional communications skills, including written, verbal & listening.
  • Must have strong attention to detail, be well organized and able to multi-task.
  • Must be coachable and willing to grow personally to support the growth of the company.
  • Must be able to work in a team, take pride in your performance and the products we sell.
  • Must want to contribute to the greater good of our company.
  • Must have an aptitude for math & geometry.
  • Requires an aptitude for use of computers and an understanding of business software, including Microsoft CRM and Microsoft Office.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Business to Business sales experience in non-commodity products preferred.
  • Manufacturing, paper industry or packaging industry a plus.
    JOB SUMMARY: Primary responsibility include communication with customers via telephone for day-to-day sales activity including qualifying leads, communication with prospects & clients, collaboration with our internal estimating team and procurement of sales orders.

  • Qualify incoming leads generated thru marketing, website and occasional tradeshow attendance
  • Design packaging specifications in collaboration with our estimating team & the client
  • Present pricing and procure sales order
  • Build and maintain existing client relations thru regular communication and follow up via telephone
  • Some customer service including troubleshooting customer issues not related to quality.
  • Maintains up to date data on their clients and prospects thru CRM
  • Occasional assigned projects
  • Visit customers or prospects as needed
  • Occasional tradeshow or conference attendance required
    Starting salary based on knowledge and experience ranges between $35K & $45K.. Full benefits package available
