The Sales Representative will be responsible for managing sales operations, providing exceptional customer service, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring effective communication with clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in sales and managing customer relationships
  • Chinese native speaker preferred
  • Proven sales coordination and sales operations skills in the Education/VET sector (Preferred)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Exceptional negotiation, sales, customer service and communication skills
  • Track record of developing and implementing successful sales plans
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Established network of Agents
    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
    Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Manage all accounts across Australia, fostering relationships with agents and key stakeholders
  • Establish, track, and analyse sales targets, producing thorough sales reports
  • Assess market dynamics and competition, adjusting selling strategies accordingly
  • Identify and capitalize on cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
  • Represent Greenwood Academy at educational fairs, exhibitions, and industry conferences
  • Develop, implement, and maintain sales strategies
  • Plan, budget, and oversee sales initiatives
  • Organize engaging seminars and webinars
  • Maintain and update the agent database meticulously
