We are looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to join our company. As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our sales team, providing essential support with presentations, business reviews, deal proposals, and customer analysis. You will manage customer, vessel, and contract data, coordinate sales meetings and customer events, and ensure smooth execution of sales processes. Who you will report to: This position reports to the Head of Sales / Sales Support Team Lead and works closely with Marketing, Customer Service, Credit, Operations, Asset Management, and Sales Operations teams. What you will be doing: Maintain and update master data for customers and vessels. Support contract management in collaboration with the Pricing & Governance team. Provide customer insights, business reviews, and analysis. Drive accuracy and efficiency in CRM and sales processes. Coordinate customer events, sales meetings, and communications. Support implementation of sales initiatives and campaigns. Act as first-line support for CRM onboarding and usage. Assist in improving sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.
