THE OPPORTUNITY
Due to the expansion of our sales team across Australia, we’re looking for a customer-focused Team Administrator to provide exceptional support and customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. This role is all about taking the administrative load off our sales teams so they can do what they do best – selling our world class security solutions.
You will be critical in helping to increase the efficiency and productivity of the team by being a willing helper whenever and wherever needed. This will include supporting the quoting and estimating process and resolving issues. In this varied role you’ll be collaborating cross-functionally with multiple departments, including sales, operations, marketing, and engineering. Additionally, you’ll be building relationships with partner and end-user accounts to ensure they’re receiving first class service from our sales teams.
THE FIT
You might be an experienced administrator who is keen to dip your toes into solution sales, or you could have some sales support experience already and are looking for your next challenge. Either way, you’re dedicated to proactively helping others and committed to delivering high standards of customer service. To succeed in this role you’ll also need:
- 2+ years in a customer service / sales support or administration role.
- Strong computer literacy and confidence using a wide range of systems such as the MS Office Suite (including Microsoft Teams), SAP, CRM, and PowerBI.
- Heaps of initiative to proactively identify opportunities to add value
- The ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines and prioritise in a timely manner.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with great problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with a range of different stakeholders and a willingness to work in a team environment.
- A friendly and outgoing demeanour with both internal and external customers, along with a can-do attitude. A lateral thinker who is open to change, flexible, and responsive to changing business needs.
