6-month fixed contract: 37 hours a week (Monday to Thursday 9 am-5.30 pm, Friday 9 am-5 pm)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of Salesforce administrator/developer experience.
  • Experience of full Salesforce CPQ implementation.
  • Products including product and price rules
  • Quotes and quote processes
  • Order and contract generation and management
  • Custom actions and integrations (including with DocuSign)
  • Advanced Approvals chains and rules
  • Data management and migration: Data Loader, Workbench, Salesforce Inspector
  • Experience in Salesforce implementation skills with good command on Apex & JavaScript languages, controllers, triggers, configuration, LWC, Salesforce flows, batch processes, Lightning, SOQL, REST APIs and web services.
  • Knowledge of security and governance (profiles, permission sets, data visibility, sharing settings).
  • Advanced Salesforce experience using Lightning Web Components.
  • Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle processes including Salesforce Deployment.

Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Salesforce Developer is part of the System Operations team. System Operations are responsible for the in-life maintenance and management of our internal systems. The team provides support to the rest of the business in the correct and compliant use of the systems according to agreed business process.
You will work with our Salesforce Administrators to guide the process for design, test, build and implementation of Salesforce CPQ. Additionally, you will have your chance to help guide the business in process enhancement and help define requirements for the solution based on business needs. We want someone passionate about using Salesforce to increase success and value across the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaboration with stakeholders to identify business needs.
  • Work with System Operations to analyse business needs and translate into functional and technical requirements for Salesforce and CPQ.
  • Configuration and administration of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ
  • Working in partnership with Software Engineers to build streamlined solutions to integrations between Salesforce and other internal systems.
  • Support Salesforce users with technical issues.
  • Analyse business needs and translate into functional and technical requirements for Salesforce and CPQ.
  • Change and release management of Salesforce.
  • Verification and regression testing of new and existing functionality before release.
  • Maintain and continuously improve Lead to Order process enabled with Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, DocuSign, and any other internal systems.
  • Create and update configuration and process documentation.
