QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

• At least 8 years’ relevant SAP consulting experience in a professional services environment, with a large or boutique consulting firm, or serving as an internal consultant within industry
• Deep expertise with the SAP solution portfolio for Enterprise Asset Management (EAM, PM, CS, MRS, Mobile, Intelligent Asset Management)
• Hands-on functional configuration and design experience with SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
• S4 HANA implementation experience
• Participation in all phases of at least 4 SAP EAM implementations with at least 2 in a Lead role
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills; professional competence in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
• Ability to travel up to 50% based on work you do and the client and industries/sectors you serve
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Desired:

• Experience leading pre-sales, proposal, and RFPs
• Experience managing senior-level client relationships
• Experience with developing eminence, thought ware and point-of-view materials
• SAP implementation experience within Aerospace & Defense industry
• Understanding of SAP ASAP and Agile methodologies
• Signavio experience
• Greenfield implementation experience
• Master’s degree
