We are seeking a talented and creative Photographer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for children. This role involves working in daycare settings, high volume photography at fast pace.The Photographer will collaborate closely with other team members to produce high-quality content that aligns with our brand vision.

SKILLS

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, and Final Cut Pro.
• Strong knowledge of photography principles including composition, lighting, and camera settings.
• Experience in photo editing, manipulation, and post-production processes.
• Familiarity with filming techniques and video production processes is a plus.
• Excellent understanding of color management and color theory for optimal image quality.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Sales experience is beneficial for promoting photography services or products as needed.
• A background in journalism or storytelling through visuals is an advantage. Join us in creating captivating visual content that inspires and engages our audience!

• Capture high-quality photographs of children that last a lifetime.
• Edit and retouch images using Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, and other editing software to enhance visual appeal.
• Manage the entire post-production process, ensuring timely delivery of final images.
• Collaborate with the art direction team to conceptualize and execute creative shoots that align with project goals.
• Utilize video production skills to film and edit engaging video content when required.
• Maintain a strong understanding of color management and color theory to ensure consistency across all visual outputs.
• Assist in social media management by providing visually appealing content that drives engagement.
• Stay updated on industry trends in photography and videography to continuously improve skills and techniques.
