REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computing or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of PC hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft technology products, desktop and web applications is a plus.
  • Has good command of both written and spoken English.
  • A team player with positive attitude and good interpersonal skills
Responsibilities

WORK YOU’LL DO

  • The intern will assist in providing onsite support at the Kuala Lumpur office, and provide remote support to users across SEA countries, for Deloitte Audit related applications and enterprise IT services, including investigation, troubleshooting issues on both desktop and web applications.
  • Work closely with senior, peers support group and global team to resolve escalated incidents efficiently.
  • The intern will be responsible for logging, tracking, and managing incidents and service requests through the ServiceNow system, ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation of all actions taken.
