Description:

OVERVIEW:

As a Security Architect at Inception, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the security and safety architecture of our AI products. Your role is critical in ensuring that our systems and data are secure and comply with industry standards and regulations. You will work closely with product engineering teams to integrate security best practices into the product development lifecycle, safeguard sensitive information, and mitigate potential risks.

Partnering with Microsoft’s AI SaaS, we offer domain-specific Agentic AI Orchestrator platforms utilizing reasoning agents for precise and cost-effective services. Our focus includes AI incubation, IP creation, applied AI R&D, and AI investment products. By creating models tailored to specific domains and languages, we ensure superior accuracy and efficiency. Collaborating with top universities and industry giants to drive significant advancements in AI technology within the region.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required Tech Stack
o Security Technologies: Proficiency in security tools and technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and security information and event management (SIEM) systems.
o Encryption and Authentication: Experience with encryption technologies, SSL/TLS, and authentication protocols such as OAuth, SAML, and Kerberos.
o Network Security: Knowledge of network security principles and technologies, including VPNs, VLANs, and network segmentation.
o Cloud Security: Familiarity with cloud security frameworks and tools for Azure and AWS.
o Compliance and Standards: Understanding of security compliance standards such as UAE-IA, ISO 27001, GDPR, and NIST.
o Vulnerability Management: Experience with vulnerability assessment and management tools such as Nessus, Qualys, and OpenVAS.
o DevSecOps: Proficiency in integrating security practices into DevOps workflows using tools like Azure Devops, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and Terraform.
o Incident Response: Knowledge of incident response procedures and tools for detecting, analyzing, and mitigating security incidents.
o Safety Standards: Understanding of safety standards and regulations applicable to AI systems and software development.
Skills and attributes for success
o Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
o Minimum of 5 years of experience in security architecture, preferably with AI or machine learning systems.
o Extensive experience in cybersecurity and risk management.
o Certifications such as CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CISM (Certified Information Security Manager) are often preferred.
To qualify for the role, you must have

o Ability to think critically and address security challenges effectively.
o Ability to ensure compliance with security and privacy regulations.
o Experience with threat modeling and vulnerability assessments.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop the security and safety architecture for AI products, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
o Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate security and safety best practices into the product lifecycle.
o Conduct threat modeling, risk assessments, and security audits to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities.
o Implement robust encryption, authentication, and access control mechanisms to protect sensitive data.
o Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistent application of security measures.
o Stay updated with the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and technologies to enhance the security posture of our products.
o Provide guidance and training to engineering teams on security and safety best practices.
o Lead incident response efforts to quickly and effectively address security breaches and other incidents.
o Ensure the alignment of security and safety goals with the company’s strategic objectives, driving continuous improvement in security practices.
