Description:
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a number of highly experienced Security Officers and Guest Ambassadors to join our team in Edinburgh City Centre
A warm welcome from our front-of-house team will determine the first impressions of our visitors whilst providing necessary Security arrangement’s..
The Guest Ambassador role is to provide the highest level of customer care, while providing a front of house service and maintaining a subtle, yet visible security presence.
The Security Officer duties on this site are varied and will include elements of reception duties, access control and signing contractors in and out of the site.
These opportunities will operate on a full-time contract,
Times of attendance are Week 1, 07:00 - 19:00, Week 2, 07:30 - 19:30 - Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:
- Provide a professional first impression and deliver beyond client/visitor expectations
- Be seen as a visible customer-focused professional by being proactive and greeting clients and visitors where possible
- Anticipate and action client requirements in a professional manner
- Provide a consistently professional service at all times
- Issue visitor passes using the agreed sign in and out policies and procedures
- Communicate where required visitor or client arrivals with a high level of discretion
- Handle all incoming telephone calls and inquiries in an efficient and sincere manner if and when required
- Ensure all fire exits are kept clear. Health & Safety issues are reported
- Maintain a high-security awareness at all times
