Job Description:
This Segment Sales Manager - Semiconductor is accountable for managing Semiconductor accounts and executes the growth strategy for his/her accounts. The incumbent will also execute the Sales process to achieve growth target and customer satisfaction.

Responsiblities :

  • Owns, defines and develop strategy for targeted account and leads the implementation with Go-To-Market winning strategy
  • Uncover, develop, and close opportunities within Semiconductor segment with close collaboration with key stakeholders to sell full Schneider Electric offers including EcoStruxure solution that best address customers’ needs
  • Clearly articulate the strength and value proposition of Schneider Electric; Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of for business growth. Understand your customers’ budgeting and acquisition processes.
  • Orders & Sales Forecasting with rigorous update on salesforce.com sales tools
  • Assist in sales collection issues
  • Feedback information on competition to increase our competitiveness
  • Completes strategic customer account plans that meet company standards, as well as maintains high customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Prospect and develop opportunities to partner with key stakeholders to envision, develop, and implement a location strategy for their organization.
  • Meets assigned accounts for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives defined by company management.
  • Any special projects to be assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic is preferred)
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales and project in the Semiiconductor business-to-business environment and have demonstrated successful experience in selling large scale, high impact projects in a consultative approach. Other segment eg. Water & Waste Water, Healthcare, Datacenters, Commercial Industrial building and Oil & Gas or, experience may be considered.
  • Entrepreneurial and leadership attitude, very creative in both solutions and deal making with high energy and a passion for digital technology solutions
  • Experience on project, services or consultancy will be given with added consideration
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, teamwork and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
