Description:

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 4 to 7 years experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering or other related field from an accredited institution or university. Advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain working knowledge of Supply Chain system and capabilities
  • Create and maintain sales forecasts for new and existing products by analysing historical data to establish reasonable logic for projected sales volume
  • Independently analyse Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to determine inventory balance and ordering quantities of existing products. Make critical decisions regarding such inventory balances and ordering quantities.
  • Supports annual and monthly planning for Demand and Supply for the assigned products within the portfolio
  • The candidate should understand business processes and be able to explain to SAP team
  • Responsible for maintaining work areas and performing job functions in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP’s), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and Batch Record instructions.
  • Work with Supply Chain Planning to ensure master data readiness to support the production schedule
  • Serve as a business process owner for SAP Master Data Management
  • Good knowledge of SAP modules
  • Having experience in integration of SAP with other applications is essential
  • Shall be responsible for Implementation of Business Processes Change Management, and will also coordinating with cross-functional module leads and continuous monitoring and system development
  • SAP Project Management: Manage internal business stakeholder expectations before Project Initiation, during Project Execution and post Go-Live, change management
  • Coordinate with project management team and help in Monitoring / Tracking of project milestones / action items, effective Status reporting to key stakeholders, Escalation
  • Should have the capability to train business users on SAP functionalities implemented
  • Working experience in manufacturing environment, preferably pharmaceutical or life sciences is essential
  • Should have excellent communication skills both oral and written
