  • Strong storytelling ability to turn insights into effective creative solutions - with an interest in video, digital content, and social trends, always seeking to push boundaries and elevate brand experiences.
  • Willingness to take ownership, learn, and problem-solve proactively.
  • We value open-mindedness and flexibility in receiving and implementing feedback, as collaboration and constant improvement are key for us. We’re all about teamwork and leave egos at the door.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into compelling creative solutions.
  • Motivated self-starter thriving in a dynamic environment, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Big picture thinker with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Keen interest in design, culture, and innovation.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Excellent understanding of marketing principles, digital-first design, accessibility standards, photography, typography, digital/social, and print.
  • Deep understanding of media platforms like TVC, OOH, Paid Social, and Organic Social, delivering impactful creative quickly and at scale.
  • Proven experience of socially led campaigns that have changed the dial.
  • Operate at the intersection of creativity, data, and innovation, guiding creative output by testing new ideas, insights, and strategies, and focusing on those that prove successful.
  • Experience across the full creative channel ecosystem and customer journey mapping from a creative perspective.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to work asynchronously with global teams.
  • Inspire the team to achieve exceptional design and art direction craft, exploring new ways to leverage our branding and employment products for consumer and B2B audiences.
  • Expertise in brand design: typography, composition, colour, layout, design thinking, and content strategy.
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Figma. Bonus: AfterEffects and Premiere Pro.
  • Ability to storyboard impactful narratives with a strong understanding of motion design/video processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Own creative concept development, direction, and brand tone for integrated campaigns and projects (paid and organic).

  • Take hands-on responsibility for project delivery, ensuring quality and seeing work through to final delivery phases.
  • Mentor other creatives and designers, offering support and direction.
  • Present vision, concepts, and solutions to stakeholders of all levels, communicate the impact of design, rationalise decisions, and incorporate feedback.
