Description

JD : * Ensure cGMP compliance during granulation operations under supervision * Operate granulation equipment such as RMG, FBD, and related machines * Perform in-process checks as per BMR/BPR during batch execution * Record operational and in-process data accurately in batch documents * Support maintenance of online and manual manufacturing records * Handle IPQA instruments (e.g., balance, moisture analyzer, BD, TD, sieve shaker) as per SOP * Follow calibration status, cleaning, and safety requirements * Coordinate with seniors, QA, and Maintenance for smooth operations * Demonstrate teamwork, discipline, and flexibility to work in shifts Skills : * Basic knowledge of OSD granulation processes * Hands-on experience in operating RMG, FBD, and related equipment * Understanding of cGMP, SOPs, and shop-floor compliance * Ability to perform in-process checks as per instructions * Familiarity with IPQA instruments (balance, moisture analyzer, BD, TD, sieve shaker) * Accurate documentation and data recording skills * Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving ability * Good teamwork, discipline, and shift flexibility
