Responsibilities:

Data Analytics Expert will be responsible for providing high quality data analytics support, creating new tools and facilitate new Data Analytics technology. This role will be a primary contact for Commercial/Finance Leaders, Team Leaders & cross functional leadership. Within the responsibilities will be creating & maintaining reports and analysis by leveraging data visualization, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and multiple data storage technologies to unlock insights and transform data into compelling and actionable stories on performance and KPI measurements for GBS based teams. This position is expected to have extensive knowledge of reporting applications such as BW, Power BI & MS Office. This role will act as subject matter expert in any projects where data analysis is required.

• Consult with Management and other Functions to understand analytics needs, tools structure and needs.
• Creation, development and structurally maintaining reports and KPI’s for different Functions.
• Help to connect disparate data sets, transform and clean the data into a data model and create charts or graphs to provide visuals of the data in Power BI.
• Management reporting in the form of routine reports as well as producing specific ad hoc reports as required by management.
• Support automation efforts within structures by developing tools and applications to enhance process output and reduce manual work.
• Providing support to Teams related with tracking specific initiatives, month end close activities, KM tool management, dashboard regular data refresh.
• Participation in major projects of new tools implementation to ensure smooth system go-live, data integration and reporting capabilities.
• Anticipates and coordinates projects/assignments, organizes own schedules, and that of others, to meet deadlines. May gather and prepare data in preparation of upcoming meetings & projects.

Qualifications:

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• 3 years’ experience with handling and analyzing all data relating to the Business support Function
• Advanced Power BI knowledge is essential.
• Fluency in English
• Advanced Knowledge of SAP
• Advanced Expertise in Microsoft 365 Excel
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (incl. VBA)
• Experience in SAP NetWeaver Business Warehouse
• Strong analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail
• Advanced communication skills in order to provide complex information in a simple and accessible way
• Experience in Process Mining and Process automation software
• Proactive problem solving approach
• Detailed orientated with analytical skills
• Individual responsibility
• Readiness to work on challenging projects
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Science, Computer Science, Finance or related discipline

Experience preferred:

• Experience with Microsoft Azure PaaS data services (e.g. Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure SQL Database, Azure SQL Data Warehouse, and/or Azure Analysis Services)
• Experience in working with CRM (Sales Force)
• Experience with Python or R
• Understanding of data science and machine learning
