Description:
This role is hybrid and requires you to be in our downtown Toronto office (250 Yonge Street) / Client’s office (79 Wellington Street or 320 Front Street) 2-3 times per week - subject to change at any time.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years relevant experience
- Lean Six Sigma Training is an asset.
- Experience working on large, complex, multi-stakeholder programs/projects, preferable in a business process management, business analyst or BMG discipline.
- Knowledge and understanding of Enterprise Payments systems and platforms is an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to get things done, and expertly navigate competing priorities and a highly matrixed environment.
- Relationship management experience, with demonstrated ability to impact and influence.
- Ability to understand high level technical architecture and design and how it relates to business benefits/impacts.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience interacting with senior management audiences.
- Prior experience in a financial institution, particularly in a payments-focused role is an asset.
- Prior experience in agile delivery is an asset
Responsibilities:
YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Senior Business Management Analyst, you will:
- Support the implementation and maintenance of E2E processes and procedures for all changes across all Enterprise Payments platforms.
- Be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the Enterprise Payments Business Operational process repository. Ensure repository is maintained and updated in compliance with client’s audit regulatory requirements.
- Responsible for updating EP Operations Procedures, Playbook, and training documentation.
- Work closely with Business, Technology and Enterprise Partners to ensure changes are launched successfully without a negative impact to Day2 and Operations.
- Adhere to enterprise frameworks and methodologies related to overall business management activities.
- Assess / identify key issues and escalate to appropriate levels and relevant stakeholders and business management where required.
- Participate and contribute to Enterprise Payments initiatives as a subject matter expert helping to identify risk and provide guidance for complex situations.
- Grow team expertise within Enterprise Payments, continually look for ways to provide and enhance the value delivered.
- Foster an environment that encourages productivity, innovation, process improvement, teamwork, and a high level of professionalism.
- Prioritize and manage your own workload to deliver quality results and meet timelines.
- Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance productivity, effectiveness, and operational efficiency.
- Establish effective relationships across multiple business and technology partners, program, and project managers
