Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Passionate about supporting leaders to drive employee engagement and business results? So are we! We’re looking for a bilingual Senior Human Resources Consultant to join the HR team supporting Specialty Solutions and help make Intact a leader in specialty insurance for businesses with unique needs.
With your experience, HR expertise and collaborative style, you will play a key role in leveraging our service offer and supporting Intact’s strategic priorities.

WHAT YOU’LL DO HERE:

  • Provide professional HR coaching and advice to selected business groups, considering market best practices, while being aligned with the legislation as well as company values.
  • Active member of the management committees of your designated groups ensuring all decisions and practices align with our business strategies and values.
  • Analyze and recommend strategies and potential solutions to a variety of human resources management issues.
  • Collaborate and work with managers on succession planning, talent management and development of our top talent and experts.
  • Participate in regional or national projects, play a key role in our ongoing transformation and deployment of corporate initiatives and programs.
  • Conduct investigations and assist managers in managing conflicts and other employee relations issues.
  • Develop & facilitate training workshops to meet business needs.
  • Contribute to the improvement of HR processes and collaborate with all members of the National HR Team, Specialty Solutions, on various types of mandates.
  • Make salary recommendations based on compensation best practices.
