TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE:

• At least five years’ experience in delivering Anaplan software solutions, including design, build and implementation. Experience with financial close solutions will be very well regarded.
• Professional Accountant designation.
• Previous experience in a customer centric culture.Excellent abilities in:
• researching, designing and implementing client solutions and programs.
• use of economic, financial, market, and industry data to understand and improve business results.
• identifying opportunities and taking action to build strategic relationships between internal teams and other organisations to help achieve business goals.
• obtaining information and identifying key issues and relationships relevant to achieving a long-range goal or vision.
• coaching and developing internal team members with current or future role responsibilities.
• identifying process improvement opportunities.
• grasping complex business problems and engineering effective solutions.

The role responsibilities include:

• Analysis and evaluation of business requirements through a structured methodical approach.
• Interpretation of technical and business requirements to design end-to-end solutions.
• Define the solution scope, time, cost and risk by translating business requirements into a set of functional and non-functional deliverables.
• Estimate and plan project deliverables and success criteria.
• Identify project risks and assumptions.
• Deliver successful projects within agreed parameters of scope, time and cost.
• Undertake unit testing for all functionalities.
• Communicate with stakeholders, business and technical project teams to ensure the roles and responsibilities for the solution are understood.
• Identify all potential change requests and work with our designated Principal Consultant/ Project Manager on these variations.
• Participate in the post implementation review and assume ownership of any actions.
• Assist with the demonstration and communication of the proposed solution and supporting materials.
• Support our sales team and solution specialists with proposals.
• Provide ongoing support for and communication with clients
