• 5+ years of experience in content marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful content projects
• Proven and successful track record in running a video podcast in the B2B SaaS area
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Very good to native-like English skills; proficiency in German and French is a plus Experience in delivering multi-lingual content
• Proven track record of developing content strategies that drive engagement and conversion
• Experience in a leadership or mentorship role, with potential for growth to a director position
• Strong understanding of SEO, content metrics, and performance analysis
• Technical understanding and the ability to translate technical concepts into engaging content
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and freelancers
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Keen sense of emerging trends and the ability to apply them creatively
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international, multi-cultural environment
