JASARA PMC is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Controls and Reporting Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will take charge of implementing and managing project controls processes, ensuring that accurate reporting and analysis are conducted for all our projects. You will collaborate with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to provide actionable insights that support decision-making and drive project success.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project controls and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and industry best practices.
• Proficiency with project controls software and reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.

• Implement comprehensive project controls and reporting processes, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Analyze project performance metrics and generate detailed reports for stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain dashboards that provide insights into project status, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with project teams to assess impacts of changes and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Assist in conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for process enhancement.
• Prepare and present project performance reviews to senior management.
• Maintain strong communication with project stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
