Description:

WHAT HR OPERATIONS CONTRIBUTES TO CARDINAL HEALTH

HR Operations is responsible for the administration and efficiency of HR data transactions, processes, audits and calculations and managing internal programs and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred
  • 3+ years’ experience in related field, preferred
  • Ability to work on-site 2-3 days per week
  • Demonstrates knowledge of program/ project management practices, solutions and technologies as well as change management and business process

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Uses knowledge of HR processes, technologies, and controls framework to initiate and/or complete routine employee data transactions and to monitor, audit and ensure data integrity.
  • Maintains and updates employee files and supports mailing and distribution activities for teams within the HR Service Center
  • Maintaining employee personnel files electronically, uploading and categorizing 8,000+ pages of documents per month
  • Processing employee records and data (inbound and outbound fulfillment)
  • Adhering to employee data security and authorization regulations
  • Partnering with Leave Management, Payroll and Employee Data Management team(s) to ensure paperwork is processed timely and within federal regulations.
  • Responsible for distribution of on demand checks
  • Develops and maintains standard operating procedures for new and/or modified HR programs impacting employee data requirements.
  • Identifies root cause, evaluates impacts and develops solutions for data and process breakdowns.
