As we continue our growth journey, we need to continue to build and deploy capabilities to meet our ambition of becoming a top 3 brand through blockbuster SKUs and blockbuster execution.
We are on the hunt for a Senior Customer Marketing Manager to join the KIND team. This is your chance to help drive the UK’s customer marketing strategy, deploying our activation plan with our key Grocery customers for the most exciting snack brand in the UK!
The role is accountable for the development of our customer activity plan and delivering the customer and shopper marketing plan with our Grocery customers. We are looking for someone who will develop customer marketing growth insights-based solutions and build a strong stakeholder network across KIND, Mars Wrigley and our partner customers to design and deploy this strategy through the relevant customers.

Responsibilities
  • To help deliver the shift required to realize the next phase of KIND UK’s growth aspirations, the following responsibilities will require a high level of creation, prioritisation, and deployment (both training and deployment through teams) across the KIND UK team and wider stakeholder group:
  • Own the in year and year+1 customer activity plan
  • Provide thought leadership of the through-the-line execution vision for KIND – translating the KIND brand plans into in-store execution.
  • Own the total customer sell-in content and deployment into the KIND & MW sales teams & with key retailers
  • Deliver against the grocery channel customer marketing KPI’s and drive ROI
  • Build strong relationships across sales, marketing, category & customer marketing teams in the UK to develop a cohesive through the line plan
  • Accountable for the total customer marketing UK budget and point of contact for shopper marketing agencies
  • Partner with the Customer Marketing Manager to ensure excellent of the Customer Marketing Strategy and drive continuous improvement where appropriate.
