Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE A VARIETY OF RESPONSIBILITIES, SUCH AS:

  • Ensuring the safety of your team and Coates customers
  • Leading and inspiring a team of Sales Coordinators to deliver outstanding customer service – you understand that a happy customer is a returning customer and take pride in helping the team meet their targets
  • Creating the best outcomes for our customers – developing quotes, raising purchase orders, and entering hire agreements
  • Managing administrative tasks, assets, and quality processes

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE:

  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Strong multitasking and prioritisation abilities
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills
  • Experience supporting and leading a team
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • General computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Trade or hire industry experience (highly regarded)
