Responsibilities:

YOUR IMPACT AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a (Senior) Customer Success Manager, you will play a critical role in building and nurturing long-term partnerships with high-value clients, aligning with their strategic goals, and driving the effective use of our data solutions to improve healthcare outcomes. You will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of 10–30 strategic clients.
In addition to your key responsibilities in customer success, you will play a crucial role in supporting our growth in Germany. As LOGEX continues to expand its presence in this market, you will be a pivotal figure in driving the success of our German clients and ensuring that our solutions deliver maximum value. This is an exciting time to join us, as we are rapidly growing in the German healthcare landscape.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Strategic Account Management: Lead clients through all phases of their journey, from onboarding to renewal, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth. Proactively identify opportunities for expansion and upsell.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with internal teams such as Product, Services, and Sales to ensure the delivery of optimal solutions for each client.
  • Customer Success Strategy: Develop and implement best practices for scaling customer success processes, contributing to continuous improvement of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Executive Engagement: Maintain relationships with senior stakeholders at client organizations, understanding their business needs, and positioning LOGEX as a key partner in their success.

We believe the following skills and qualifications are essential to succeed in this senior role:

  • 5+ years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role, preferably within healthcare.
  • Strong background in managing high-value, strategic clients and driving measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of managing executive relationships and influencing internal stakeholders.
  • A passion for using data to drive decision-making in healthcare.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to travel between German offices in Hamburg and Cologne and Amsterdam office at least once per quarter
