WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for an experienced professional with a solid background in customer success management or client management within adtech, digital advertising, or media agencies. With a great combination of both interpersonal and analytical skills, you are a true problem solver with a strong customer-centric mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of key accounts, acting as the main point of contact for all customer-related matters
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Defining and executing media strategy and media plans for key accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams including business development, product, marketing, and ad operations to deliver a seamless experience for clients
- Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling solutions and services to customers
- Conduct regular check-ins and QBRs with agencies and brands to understand their needs and ensure they are leveraging the full value of Verve’s solutions
- Provide clients with insights, best practices, and recommendations to optimize their outcomes
