Tasks

  • Act as a major point of contact in the analytics team, handling multiple strategic projects with the marketing team at once
  • Contribute to the definition of strategic goals within marketing from an analytics perspective and take ownership of reaching them
  • Promote data driven decision making throughout the company by creating reportings, establishing processes and onboarding teammates
  • Proactively identify high-impact data project opportunities with the marketing team
  • Manage project teams of analysts and engineers in the implementation phase, with the perspective to manage a dedicated team in the future
  • Ensure knowledge exchange in the data team, mentor and train junior team members

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in data-heavy analytics role, with at least 2 years dedicated to performance marketing or marketing analytics
  • You are passionate about building a modern financial system that redefines how people invest their money in today’s markets
  • Very strong SQL skills
  • Very good knowledge of industry best practices in data analytics and tools used in performance marketing / marketing analytics
  • Familiar with collaborating with dedicated data engineering and data science teams
  • Solid experience working with large, highly interconnected data sets and self-service BI-tools (e.g. Tableau or Looker)
  • Background in a highly quantitative field and solid knowledge of statistics and data modelling
  • Ability to work highly independently and deliver projects on time
  • Fluent English skills, German is a plus
  • Optional: having worked with dedicated marketing tech resources is a plus
