Job Description

  • Bachelor , Master’s degree in IT or relevant field.
  • 12+ years of experience.
  • Arabic native speaker
  • Consultation experience
  • Saudi Governmental entities experience and knowledge of their requirements.
  • Digital Transformation office experience, preferably with governmental and consulting entity
  • IT/ Digital transformation projects engagement & delivery experience.
  • RFP’s writing, and review experience.
  • Have an experience in coordination between IT departments, engaged in IT PMO or Portfolio Management.
  • Responsible for development RFPs and evaluate vendors solutions, and conduct quality assurance on other RFP’s where needed.
  • Fulfill NDU reporting requirements.
  • Manage Digital Project Portfolios and ensure it is aligned with EPM.
  • Act as the SPOC for Digital Transformation Office.
  • Prepare, Review, and follow up the Key Performance Index (KPIs) for Digital Transformation Office.
  • Act as the SPOC for Digital competitions participated by the Digital Transformation office.
  • Ensure that portfolio management methodologies and strategic initiatives, related to digital transformation strategy are implemented and periodically reviewed to improve and develop them according to business requirements.
  • Report on several project progress and resolve or escalate risks and issues related to the Digital Transformation office
