As the Senior Director of B2B Media Strategy, you will lead enterprise and growth-stage clients in translating complex business goals into measurable marketing outcomes. You’ll shape integrated go-to-market strategies that connect media, operations, and revenue alignment—ensuring impact from first impression to closed-won revenue.

You’ll collaborate with channel specialists, client services, and analytics teams while engaging directly with sales and marketing leaders at client organizations. This role requires executive presence, deep B2B expertise, and the ability to bridge strategic vision with hands-on execution in fast-moving, competitive markets.

We offer:
The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $150,000 - $180,000, based on consideration of a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and respective state’s salary threshold for exempt employees. The total compensation package for this role will include benefits (listed above) and an annual performance bonus.
This role has an associated annual target bonus component which is paid out based on a number of factors which include Company performance, department performance, and individual performance. Bonuses are not guaranteed and you must be an active employee in good standing and not on a Performance Improvement Plan to be eligible for the annual bonus.
While this role offers the flexibility to work remotely, we have office hubs in Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York, where you can join in on learning and development opportunities, fun events, take advantage of a space to work, and collaborate in person!
