We are looking for a dynamic, experienced and highly motivated Senior Director, to lead operations in EMEIA covering factory process, OEM and DC capability and execution as well as playing a leading role in the development of a strategic supply chain network. You will report to the V.P. of EMEIA Operations and will act as a key member of the operations Leadership Team in Europe.
DESCRIPTION
As Senior Director Product Operations, your key responsibilities will include: * Regional Lead for Supply Chain Operations functions (Procurement, NPI, Product, Process, Supplier, Quality), which develops and implements the strategic direction for the organisation in the areas of regional configuration, manufacturing excellence, and global support. * Build and lead an efficient Operations team to implement the European strategy covering Engineering, Manufacturing, Distribution Centres (DC) value add capability and in-region supplier management. * Hire, develop and retain emerging talent into the Product Operations team to provide a stream of technical talent across the world-wide team, including our graduate programmes. * Drive leadership excellence through key metrics of cost, quality and delivery. * Deliver customer value added services including personalisation, localisation and customisation to our in-region DCs across multiple locations. * Collaborate closely with US Engineering and Product teams, utilise Regional R&D capabilities to provide new proficiencies to product design teams. * Develop and lead execution procurement and material management process for the purchase of direct and indirect goods and services in support of the business areas above. * Actively communicate strategy objectives at town-hall, staff, and VP meetings and influence at the executive level.
