Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a fantastic opportunity to become a key member of the executive support team, working closely with a visionary CEO at the heart of a growing business. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of the CEO’s schedule, communications, and strategic priorities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, travel arrangements, and meetings
  • Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and confidential documents
  • Handle incoming communications, prioritise and respond as appropriate
  • Assist in organising company events, board meetings, and executive briefings
  • Support project coordination and business administration tasks as required
