Description:

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and coordinate learning and development programs that align with the organization’s objectives.
  • Manage external consultants and training agencies for the development and delivery of key learning initiatives.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through channels like trainee feedback, onsite observations, and work closely with facilitators to enhance program outcomes.
  • Oversee and deliver the onboarding and in-house value immersion programs for new hires.
  • Regularly review the onboarding program to ensure its ongoing effectiveness and relevance.
  • Establish partnerships with authorities and IHLs for internship programs, job shadowing, and student visits.
  • Maintain strong collaboration with overseas offices to manage training programs for employees based in the Singapore office.
  • Handle government grant applications.
  • Provide guidance to employees on the Performance Appraisal framework and process.
  • Develop and implement talent development programs.
  • Collaborate with authorities to identify talented individuals through scholarship schemes.
  • Address various employee development matters.

Job Requirement

  • Candidate should possess a degree and brings along minimum of 6 years of experience in the Learning & Development/Training domain.
  • Possess experience in managing multiple projects, emphasizing a strong commitment to goal achievement.
  • Excel in adapting to changing environments and navigating through ambiguity.Exhibit a systematic and methodical thought process and work approach.
