REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven commercial experience with FilamentPHP – this is a non-negotiable requirement.
• Strong proficiency in Laravel and PHP.
• Prior experience building admin panels, dashboards, or CRMs is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly in remote, asynchronous settings.

• Lead frontend development using Filament, ensuring high-quality, scalable UI components.
• Collaborate with the backend Laravel team to integrate frontend and backend systems seamlessly.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in regular team stand-ups and planning sessions during UK working hours.
• Provide technical guidance and code reviews to ensure team-wide code quality.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and improvements across the codebase.
