ABOUT THE ROLE:

Are you an analytical and detail-oriented finance professional looking for a challenging and rewarding role? Join our dynamic team as a Senior Financial Analyst, where you’ll play a crucial part in our financial planning and analysis activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Gather and organize historical data from internal databases.
  • Use advanced Excel skills to create new financial models as required, using data.
  • Prepare forecasts and projections on company performance, including cash flow analysis and budget variances.
  • Maintain debt facility repricing, hedging opportunities, and debt maturities, identifying any financial risks.
  • Perform market analysis, such as interest rate risk and lender risk analysis.
  • Assist with the preparation of documents requested by lenders for project financing submissions, including invoices, purchase agreements, site plans, appraisals, environmental and geotechnical reports.
  • Prepare draws requested by lenders for review/approval by the Manager, Capital.
  • Assist with the maintenance and distribution of financial metrics related to debt, including tracking amounts, guarantees, letters of credit, cash collateral, and debt covenant calculations.
  • Coordinate and gather information required for the annual or quarterly loan review process, including financial statements, rent rolls, property taxes, and lease agreements.
  • Create ad-hoc reports and financial analysis as requested by the Manager, Capital.
  • Identify business and operational opportunities for improvements.
