About the Function
FP&A Experience is part of Global Business Operations and provides oversight on financial activities and controls including management and external reporting and financial planning and analysis. The department is responsible for the interpretation of financial data, the coordination and management of financial reporting, the management of the P&L delivering solutions that will increase insight and transparency, steering towards the defined strategy of the markets as well as driving automatization and innovation in the decision support infrastructure.
About the role:
The role provides a great platform to learn about performance management while collaborating closely with in market partners. There are plenty of opportunities to gain experience through mentoring and training, and exposure to multiple functions and process to help you grow on your career.

Some of the key responsibilities include you to:

  • Perform extensive Financial Analysis and bring insight to the data from different business dimensions.
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for key tools like Oneplan, Vision, MicroStrategy and establish a strong connection with system support teams.
  • Generate insightful reports for partners to support the cluster on performance management and monitoring.
  • Prepare and maintain weekly and daily performance agenda to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Ensure delivery of a robust annual plan, monthly performance rhythm and analysis.
  • Play a key role in ensuring completeness of profit center/market figures.
  • Partner with in-market Finance and Regional team on efficiency and strategic projects.
  • Partner with business divisions and functions to drive business performance through the provision of financial / commercial expertise and insights, whilst leading the delivery of the financial targets and an effective control environment.
  • Partner to the senior level internal partners as well as peers, building excellent relationships, supporting them with accurate and timely reporting.

About you

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
  • 2-3 years’ experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, and/or Financial Controlling
  • Strong accounting experience
  • Experience in a global FMCG / a Shared services environment or similar dynamic operating environment is beneficial
  • Strong financial / commercial analysis background, proven track record to connect with partners at varying levels and the ability to flex to different market environments/ cultures
  • Systems experience of Anaplan, BFC, BW, SAP, PowerBI is beneficial
  • Proficient English knowledge
