QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or Business Administration with a major in Finance or Accounting, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related field.
  • Proficiency with Power Platform (Power BI, Dataverse, Power Automate, etc.) and NetSuite or similar ERP experience.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Ability to clean, transform, and preprocess data using tools like Power Query, Python, or other scripting languages.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including the use of complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and data with a strong attention to detail.
  • Expertise in data analysis programming languages such as SQL, Python, DAX and M.
  • Experience working with AI and machine learning to automate report generation, predictive analytics, and risk/trend identification.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Administration and Management of the budgeting process from start to finish.
  • Month end financial reporting package and analysis.
  • Monthly bank reporting package.
  • Monthly Management reporting package and analysis.
  • Quarterly Board reporting package and analysis.
  • Year-end reporting packages and analysis.
  • Operational trend analysis (inventory, sales, costs, employees, etc.)
  • Managing and organizing financial reporting records in file storage system.
  • Managing the reporting brand and formatting.
  • Merger and Acquisition analysis.
  • Bring Titan to best practices for reporting and analysis.
  • Report to the CFO.
