QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or Business Administration with a major in Finance or Accounting, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related field.
- Proficiency with Power Platform (Power BI, Dataverse, Power Automate, etc.) and NetSuite or similar ERP experience.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
- Ability to clean, transform, and preprocess data using tools like Power Query, Python, or other scripting languages.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including the use of complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
- Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and data with a strong attention to detail.
- Expertise in data analysis programming languages such as SQL, Python, DAX and M.
- Experience working with AI and machine learning to automate report generation, predictive analytics, and risk/trend identification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Administration and Management of the budgeting process from start to finish.
- Month end financial reporting package and analysis.
- Monthly bank reporting package.
- Monthly Management reporting package and analysis.
- Quarterly Board reporting package and analysis.
- Year-end reporting packages and analysis.
- Operational trend analysis (inventory, sales, costs, employees, etc.)
- Managing and organizing financial reporting records in file storage system.
- Managing the reporting brand and formatting.
- Merger and Acquisition analysis.
- Bring Titan to best practices for reporting and analysis.
- Report to the CFO.
