Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- HR Partnering: provide support, direction and guidance to HR Team to deliver on the HR Strategy Activity Plan; partner with business managers to coach and support the management and development of their teams.
- Employee Relations: provide ER advice to management to ensure the company operates and adheres to legal frameworks in accordance with Federal and State legislation; act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, resolving HR-related issues and conflicts.
- Talent Acquisition and Management: manage end to end recruitment and selection activities in accordance with head count and recruitment budget; maintain relationships with talent vendors.
- HR Reporting: manage end to end head count, labour cost management and diversity reporting.
- HR Performance and Employee Development: manage workforce planning activities; support local succession planning and L&D project activities.
- HR Policies and Compliance: maintain HR policies in accordance with Group policies and Fair Work and local legislation and changing workplace reforms.
- Compensation and Benefits: ensure adherence to local remuneration policy and guide managers on market benchmarking.
- Employee Engagement: partner with management team to drive a values-based, engaged culture by planning and executing organisation development initiatives.
- Team Leadership: provide day to day leadership, coaching and mentoring to HR and management teams.
