Senior HR Services Specialist (with Dutch) Full time or part time
We are seeking a Human Resources professional who can offer 2nd level support for managers and employees, providing expert advise and handling complex HR issues. This role requires a proactive approach, strong problem solving skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining close collaboration with the HR Service Team in the Netherlands.
As a Senior HR Specialist based in Warsaw, you will provide comprehensive HR support to associates in multiple countries, particularly the Netherlands. This role involves collaborating closely with local and remote teams to deliver effective HR services and build trustful relationships. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR practices, the ability to manage sensitive employee relations issues, and the flexibility to adapt to different legal and business environments.

Responsibilities:

HR support and relationships building:

  • Build and maintain trustful relationships with the teams and employees
  • Translate local businesses into actionable HR initiatives
  • Provide guidance and support on a range of HR issues, including conflict resolution, development and employee sickness.

Employee relations:

  • Assist with employee relations matters and support management in related events
  • Ensure compliance with local and international legal requirements, business needs, and company regulations
  • Liaise with various governmental authorities and administrations, collaborate with Dutch health services (Ttif & Arbo) to oversee absenteeism and manage related processes

HR Policy and implementation:

  • Consult with managers and employees to implement and oversee HR- specific policies, procedures and programs
  • Ensure effective dissemination and compliance with HR policies

Data management and collaboration:

  • Work closely with the HR Service Team in Netherlands to ensure accurate and effective management of databases
  • Support HR projects and continuous improvement of HR process and services as required. Second level support for HR systems
  • Maintain high standards of data integrity and confidentiality

Recruitment and talent acquisition:

  • Support recruitment and selection process
  • Assist in identifying and attracting top talents to meet business needs
