REQUIREMENTS
- 3 years experience in HR field
- Process Improvement proven capabilities
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Proven HR knowledge in business
- Comp&Ben experience – advantage
- Labor Law overview for Italy on the level of HR generalist
- Knowledge of Workday and Service Now as an advantage
- Fluent French & English must have, any other European language as an advantage
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
A customer focused, pro-active, energetic and collaborative role within the Human Resource Operations shared service function. The HR Ops team will function across the business and will provide support to employees, managers, and HR professionals. In this exciting role, you will research, analyze and respond to simple to complex HR inquiries.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manages HR, compliance and comp& benefits processes in dedicated countries from an end-to-end perspective.
- Collaborates with leadership to implement HR programs focused on accomplishing targeted HR objectives.
- Cooperates & Leads projects and assignments related to major HR tasks involving multiple variables (HR Process standardization, benefits standardization)
- Addresses questions from employees and other HR professionals using available tools or resources to resolve the questions.
- Runs HR data audits to ensure data quality. Cooperates with HRBPs to ensure compensation data quality and supports the business in compensation reviews and calculations.
- Provides training to HR community in area of responsibility and training to employees
- Knowledge management expertise maintaining Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) and process maps.
- Manages the annual merit increase process in the region assigned.
- Supports the correct implementation of Collective Labour Agreements (CLA) changes ensuring that the contractual and salary conditions are deployed in the region assigned.
- Supports and coordinates mobility programs (supplier management, work permit administration, relocation support)
- Close cooperation and back up to HR Delivery team
- Ad hoc business support from HR perspective
