ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Campbelltown Hospital are recruiting a driven, dedicated and engaging Senior HR Consultant to join the highly skilled team.
We are looking for an experienced HR Professional who has strong industrial relations skills. The role is a diverse role which covers a wide range of HR functions. You will be a strong communicator who can provide high level advice to senior management, executives and directors in a timely and professional manner whilst ensuring high levels of accuracy.
The role is centred around delivering strategy and capability initiatives to the management team and you will bring your leadership skills to the role to assist the team in working together to meet these shared goals. We are looking for a forward thinker who can meet the progressive needs of our new hospital and who can provide a flexible and adaptable approach to HR.

✍️What You’ll be Doing ✍️
The Senior Human Resources Consultant works in partnership with key designated portfolios to provide expert strategic and tactical human resources consultancy and support, and to assist teams to deliver business priorities that align with corporate and human resources strategy and innovation.
The role coordinates the development, implementation and evaluation of HR solutions, aligned with business objectives, which addresses key workforce challenges for the medium and long-term. The role promotes best-practice HR and people management to achieve organizational success and maximise the effectiveness of the organisation’s workforce.
