You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by: Identify and screen potential investment opportunities, including greenfield development, co-development partnerships, and M&A targets. Develop, audit, and manage complex financial models to assess project viability. Lead and coordinate comprehensive due diligence processes, managing internal teams and external advisors. Synthesize findings into clear and concise investment recommendations. Conduct in-depth market research to evaluate regulatory frameworks, grid infrastructure, and competitive landscapes. Stay ahead of market trends, costs, and value drivers. Prepare and present investment memorandums and proposals to the decision makers. Support the negotiation of key transaction documents. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CFA are highly advantageous. A 3-5 years of experience in project finance, investment banking, private equity, or a corporate development role within the energy sector. Direct, hands-on experience with BESS is beneficial. Good financial modeling skills are required, with a proven ability to build project finance models from scratch. Understanding of project economics, valuation methodologies (DCF, multiples), and risk assessment. Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of articulating complex concepts to senior stakeholders. Proven project management skills, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams under tight deadlines.
