Job Duties and Responsibilities

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• BA/BS in a technical or business discipline (information systems, engineering, computer science, finance, business administration, or accounting)
• 4+ years of Product Owner, Product Manager, Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Project Manager or equivalent combination of education and experience

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational, facilitation, and communication skills
• Self-motivated with analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in Agile processes, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to balance current delivery with shifting priorities and future planning.
• Proficiency in Rally/CA Agile Central, Confluence, and JIRA
• Technical understanding of APIs, SDLC, and programming concepts (Java, JavaScript a plus)

• Lead and influence a cross-functional team to deliver business value
• Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and priorities
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, user stories, and dependencies
• Gather, document, and refine business and technical requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and QA to ensure successful implementation
• Track progress, forecast delivery timelines, and optimize processes using metrics
