We are looking for a

TO SHINE IN THIS POSITION, WE HOPE YOU TO HAVE:

  • Relevant working experience minimum 5 years in project management tasks
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a field of Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering or other relevant
  • Extensive experience in leading IT projects, with a focus on Customer Engagement Solutions implementations or enhancements
  • Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, resource allocation and budget management
  • Ability to manage project scope, risks and changes effectively to ensure project objectives are met
  • Experience in project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall or hybrid
  • Understanding and experience of Customer Engagement solutions and platforms such as CRM, Customer Service and/or Field Service
  • Capability to assess Customer Engagement Solutions system capabilities and recommend solutions that are aligned with the business goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of Normet organization
  • Experience in managing cross-functional project teams (internal/external)
  • Experience of working for a multinational company and matrix organization; international experience is an advantage
  • Fluent English both written and spoken; (other languages, e.g. Finnish, as plus.)

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining project overall plan including scope, schedule, budget, resources
  • Planning resourcing needs for own project(s) and partner/vendor management
  • Reporting the project status to the project steering committee
  • Delivering a successful project within schedule, budget and scope in accordance with the planned milestones and their deliverables
  • Ensuring business and IT involvement and expertise within the project
  • Supporting on resolving issues where organizational objectives may conflict with project objectives
  • Maintaining continuous communications with the project team, steering group and local executives
  • Preparing project management reports and updating steering committee status documents
  • Supporting on resolving major issues related to priorities, requirements and procedures
  • Analyzing and processing change requests arising during the project (scope creep, timeline and cost impact)
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues, developing contingency plans as necessary
  • Supporting on resolving trade-offs in cost versus schedule versus business benefit
  • Supporting project team members to ensure appropriate quality controls are in place
