Provide legal support and expertise with regard to legal issues arising out of the business activity with customers, partners, and subcontractors.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review and negotiate contracts, or other legal documents with an acceptable level of risks
- Support the business in all legal and contractual matters including claim management, dispute settlement
- Contractual and legal evaluation of tender documents
- Support the business in proactively managing and instructing litigation, arbitration or other dispute matters
- Handling of corporate law matters
- Promoting the Alstom Code of Ethics and adhering to the highest standards of ethical conduct.
