The Senior Manager, Business & Agri is critical to making this happen and key responsibilities of the role will include the following: Growing the region’s customer base through implementing the local region’s strategy effectively Lead and support others through change, providing clarity on purpose and help embed change Help develop our Relationship Managers and Relationship Associates through coaching and observational feedback Leading a positive team culture where people are encouraged to be curious and seek continuous improvement Appropriately lead and manage the regions compliance and risk management requirements Ensuring the team is living ANZ’s Values Ōu Pūkenga? - What will you bring?
