In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving the commercial strategy for our projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and maximizing revenue opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- A minimum of 10-12 years of experience in a commercial role, preferably within the real estate or entertainment sectors
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful commercial strategies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficient in commercial analysis software and tools
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to enhance the company’s market presence and profitability
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to drive project success
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, stakeholders, and clients
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions
- Monitor project performance, analyzing metrics and financial reports to inform decision-making
- Oversee budgeting and financial forecasting related to commercial activities
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging market opportunities
