In this leadership position, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and management of digital infrastructure initiatives that are critical to our goals of creating a unique entertainment and cultural destination in Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of digital infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's strategic vision and operational requirements. Manage a team of IT professionals and engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes. Oversee the integration of advanced technologies, including cloud computing, data analytics, and cybersecurity measures, into infrastructure planning and development. Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify technology needs and develop innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure optimal performance of digital systems. Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines; provide regular updates and reports to senior management. Implement best practices for project management and digital service delivery, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation across the digital landscape. Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to maintain the security and integrity of digital infrastructure. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred. 8+ years of experience in digital infrastructure management, with a proven track record in project management and technology leadership. Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, including networking, data centers, and cloud services. Strong project management skills, with proficiency in methodologies and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovation and efficiency. Industry certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, AWS, or Azure certifications) are an advantage.
