WE NEED KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE + EXPERTISE IN:
Managing multi-site facilities, with huge knowledge in associated policy and procedures
Influencing stakeholders (internal and external) through strong communication skills
Managing safety in a dynamic office environment
Developing and launching training for appropriate health and safety courses

Responsibilities:
YOUR NEW ROLE AT NEWDAY
A strategic and operational role, accountable for Facilities Management, Health, Safety and Fire for NewDay, across Leeds and London. Rent negotiations and cost-savings, as well as engagement and wellbeing project streams. Leading 3rd party suppliers, including landlords and catering providers, you’ll also have the opportunity to drive the environmental agenda.
