Our new Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving growth in our organic channels and developing effective communities in LATAM. This role involves designing and implementing a comprehensive strategy for student engagement, community building, and ambassador programs to boost sales and enhance our market presence. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and results-driven leader with a proven track record of successful marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on organic channel growth and community development.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing successful community engagement and ambassador programs.
- Experience in managing customer communities to achieve sales goals.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to organize and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken) is required.
