ABOUT THE ROLE:

Are you ready to take your career to new heights? Compare the Market is on the lookout for a seasoned and results-oriented Senior Partnerships Manager to lead and elevate our Health Insurance partnerships. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive partnership strategy that unlocks significant value for both Compare the Market and our partners.
Reporting to the Head of Health Insurance, you will leverage your expertise and proven track record to cultivate and manage key relationships with high-level decision-makers. Your focus will be on maximising partner performance, driving revenue growth, and ensuring long-term partnership success.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Develop and execute the partnership strategy in line with overall business objectives.
  • Foster strong, collaborative relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Implement a proactive partnership management approach to ensure partner satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop, implement, and operationalise initiatives to optimise partner performance across all key metrics (sales, NPS, customer experience, retention, etc.).
  • Lead negotiations to establish mutually beneficial commercial agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) to create co-marketing campaigns and joint initiatives that drive value for partners and customers.
  • Conduct regular partner performance reviews and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.
  • Leverage partner relationships to gain deep market intelligence and identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Work with our Head of Business Development to identify, evaluate, and onboard high-value partners that complement Compare the Market’s offerings and expand our reach.
  • Stay across industry developments and competitor strategies to ensure Compare the Market remains a leader in the health insurance comparison space.
  • Present partnership strategy and performance updates to senior management in a clear and concise manner.
  • Champion Compare the Market’s vision and objectives across all levels of the organisation, both internally and externally.
