At BearingPoint we are growing quickly and we are keen to hire a Senior Performance Tester to support our projects and build our non-functional capability within the software team.

• Planning and executing performance test cycles and working with clients and technical teams to identify improvements that will ensure applications meet performance requirements.
• Working as an application performance subject matter expert and providing guidance to technical teams on how to optimize applications to best meet performance requirements throughout the development cycle.
• Collaborating with clients and non functional test manager to assist in the creation of performance test strategies including approach, tooling etc., based on clearly defined non-functional requirements.
• Supporting our Software and QA team advancing the practice, tools and technologies we use to create performant software.
• Implementation and maintenance of performance testing platforms/frameworks.
• Ability to examine and suggest performance tooling platform/framework
